Payment Options

CARD PAYMENT

Payment by card is made in accordance with applicable rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use Svea Ekonomi / Webpays hosted PCI DSS-certified card solution. We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard. The money is reserved on your account when received. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) very securely encrypted. No card numbers are stored. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments online 3D-Secure - a standard developed by Visa and MasterCard with the intention to securely validate the consumer when purchasing online.

BILL PAYMENTS

When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To act against the bill, you must enter your social security number or company. Condition to act against the bill include that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and is over 18 years. You may not have any credit history. All invoices from Beardjunk.com are transferred to Svea Ekonomi AB. Customary credit check is done to ensure that personal data submitted in the checkout, in some cases, this means that a credit report is taken. A copy of the credit report will then be sent to your home. Invoice payment terms are 14 days. If payment is agreed and a reminder charge. Interest paid 2% per month. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery time is normally 2-3 business days within Sweden. Any delays can occur. We send all our packages within Sweden by DHL or PostNord AB. If your package is not collected and returned to us, you must pay a fee (see below under "unclaimed parcels") and a new shipping fee about 79 SEK to get the package re-sent to you. If something is missing or if you received the wrong product in your delivery.

If an item is missing in your delivery we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to resolve this. A written complaint via our contact form (or via email) must be received no later than three days after the item received. Remember that you can not open a defective product.

Complaints of faulty product

Beardjunk.com checks all the products carefully before delivery. If something should be defective, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible (maximum within 3 days after you received your package) with a detailed description of the problem. Complaints of defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

After a successful return case you should return the product or products to us. We will examine the damage and then send out a new product to you at no extra charge. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you prior to further processing. We handle notmalt way complaint cases within 3 to 5 business days. We will pay for all expenses that may arise in a claim.

Repented buy

Due to hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal not for products that are not closed, this is supported by Act 2005: 59.4: 1.2.3. If you change any of your other purchases then you should contact us within 15 days of receipt of the product or products. Please note that the product must be in substantially unaltered. This means for example that a product must be unopened and unused.

At an approved chargebacks we will refund the amount of purchase within 30 days. The customer is only responsible for return shipping to us. It is important that you protect the return carefully, tentatively in the packaging that the shipment was received, then the product must be in new condition when received by us.

If you regret a purchase, you must always contact us before returning an item to us.

Replacement or return the used item

Cancellation

Unclaimed packages

If you change your mind after the order has been sent from us, it is important that you still pick it out of your delivery agent and then send it back to us. For package ordered by invoice that are not picked up will be charged a fee fn 150 kr. (on invoice with 15 day payment terms) This corresponds to the actual costs incurred for us to receive a package in return. It is Svea Ekonomi AB, which manages all of our billings.

If you enter an incorrect address, and we get the package in return, you will also be charged a fee of currently 150 SEK.

Refunds

If you have chosen to pay by invoice, undoing all or part of your order you simply pay out the sum corresponding to the goods that you do not want to undo. You may use our images for publication, but you must enter us as the source either in writing or via the link. It is prohibited to use the images, product images and texts for commercial use.

We have chosen to only offer customer service via email as it is easier for us to give our customers the right information instantly, store and follow up on cases. We try to respond to your emails as soon as possible but within 24 hours. We respond around the clock but our regular opening hours are Monday to Friday 08: 00-16: 00th
